Mangawhai Heads House 2008

A collection of small-scale truss buildings around courtyards, to cater for small or large groups, as well as short and long term holidays.

The entire interior, including trusses and flat eaves, is ply or timber with a white paint finish. The link building is a different and separate colour (eg. Grass green)- including ceilings, tiled floor and walls.

The project has obtained a building consent but is currently on hold.

Update:  This project did not go ahead, due to the clients selling the site. The new owners approached LSA to obtain permission to use the (expired) building consent documents as a basis for their revised design. Construction is yet to start.
